Scholarship Fund for BridgeUSA
Coming Soon!
The Scholarship Fund for BridgeUSA will enable individuals to finance their involvement in any one of the thirteen categories. Priority will be given to individuals who would otherwise be unable to afford participation.
The Scholarship will aim to address airfare, program fees, placement fees, and/or other associated costs. Selected individuals will then be connected to the CAPDL network to choose their specific program across any of the thirteen BridgeUSA categories.
In 2025, organizations are asked to contribute to the Scholarship Fund in lieu of CAPDL membership dues. Investors in the Scholarship Fund for BridgeUSA will be considered CAPDL members for 2025.
-
CAPDL will work with allies to promote the Scholarship. Candidates will apply to the Scholarship Fund. Then, a subcommittee of CAPDL members will decide who receives the scholarship(s) based on a shared evaluation metric.
-
As part of the relaunch and as a service to the community, contributions to the Scholarship Fund will be collected in lieu of CAPDL membership dues for an initial period. This arrangement is made possible through the generosity of CAPDL member, the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE). The number of scholarships awarded will be determined by the success of these fundraising efforts.
